Had a lovely birthday lunch. Food was great, service friendly. We both had carrot cake which was divine, and the home-made lemonade was so refreshing.

Our counter is full of fresh cakes: carrot cake, lemon meringue and whatever came out of the oven this morning. Pair it with a good coffee, a smoothie or our home-made lemonade.
Inside is cosy on cold Midlands days, with a quieter corner by the staircase. When the sun is out, take a seat on the terrace.
